A.Red Army.s Temporary Grains Borrowing Coupon sealed
by
Mao Tzedong

Among the Red Armys Grains Borrowing. Coupons I have collected so far.

there is one which is very unique. It calls for special introduction here.

The pattern of this one is vertical. very similar to the common grains

borrowing coupons. Its surface value is. Dry Grain 100 Jin. However, the

peculiar feature of this one hes in its seal. while the common. Grains Bo-

rrowing. Coupons were issued by. China Central Government People.s Commit-

tee Soviet Republic, this coupon was issued by the. Temporary Central Go-

vernment Financial People.s Ministry of Chinese Soviet Republic. The two

frequently seen seals are:1) Zhang Wentian under the Chairman of the Peo-

ple.s Gommittee:2) Chen Tanqiu under the Member of Grain Committee. Where-

as this coupon was sealed by Mao Tzedong under the. Chirman and Lin Boxu

under the Minister of Financial Ministry of Peoples Committee. Thus, I co-

nsulted documents in particular.

According to the historical documents, it is said that on November 7.

1931.Chinese Soviet Government held the first National Representative Co-

nference in Reijin, Jiangsi Province, formally announcing the establishme-

nt of Chinese Soviet Republic. Together with Mao Tzedong, Zhou Enlai, and

Zhu De, 63 persons were selected to be the executive members of Chinese C-

entral Committee, In the meantime, the temporary Chinses Central Governm-

ent of Soviet Republic of China was founded. On November 27 of the same y-

ear, the Executive Committee of Chinese Central Govermment held the first

conference, during which, Mao Tzedong was selected to be the Chairman; xi-

ang Ying and Zhang Goutao, the vice Chairmen Under the Executive Committee

of Chinese Central Government were the People.s Committee and Military Co-

mmittee; Mao Tzedong was appointed to be the Chairman of the People.s Com-

mittee; Xiang Ying the vice Chairman; Zhu De, the Chairman of the Military

Committee; Wang Jiaxiang and Peng Dehuai, the vice Chairmen. In October,

1932.due to the discrimination of Left opportunism led by Wang Ming and Bo

Gu Mao Tzedong was accused to make mistakes on Narrow Empiricism and seri-

ous Left Oportunism and dismissed from his important post in and ortside

the Communist Party including the general politica commissar of the First

Front Army of the Chinese Workers and Peasant. Red Army Thus it not within

one year that Mao Tzedong was dismissed from the post of Chairman of the

Temporary Chinese Central Government of the Chinese Soviet Republic.

According to what I have learned among the various earlier military a-

nd goverment grains and grains borrowing coupons, this is the only one wi-

th hte seal of Mao Tzedong so far Furthermore, it is said that there are

just two remaining. see pirtures
